Oh my goodness another blog filled other hilarious stupidities that I ( shame on me) have committed! I think I might be compiling material for a comedian or two....
* Yesterday I dashed out to get some credit for my mobile phone and left the door ajar as this trip is only a short one. When I arrived back the strong winds from an incoming late afteroon storm had slammed this door shut and I was locked out! I checked in the spare key hidey hole but unfortuneately no-one had returned it there after its last usage. I checked the windows feeling a little stressed as a nasty storm was definitely brewing. My hubby was three hours away and the only other key was inside, dutifully residing on the hook. The windows were also dutiful and were tightly locked! It was time to think laterally. I went across the road and borrowed a Ladder from a shop. I put it up to my second floor verandah where I knew a door was open......( bearing in mind I live in the main street and we have lots of busy tourists in town)....I climbed up and let myself in.......phew.....
*Earlier this month I needed to buy some personal sanitary products....but I left my glasses at home.'....I did my best based on colour and feel of the product.....this wasn't good enough.....I found out when I needed to use them....I had bought myself some incontinence pants ( please tell me that this is not a glimpse of things of things to come!!!!!!!)
oh well...it can only get better...right?
